A. James David Kiser, 406 Englewood Drive, High Point, N.C. , requests
that approximately 3 acres located on West Mendenhall Road, State Road
#1610, be re-zoned from Residential-Agricultural to Highway Commercial
Conditional Use. Mr. Kiser desires to use a two bay garage as a paint
and body repair shop. Zoning Map 1-1; Trinity Township.
3. SPECIAL USE PERMIT REQUESTS
A. Neil G. Butterfield, West Jordan, Vermont, requests a Special Use
Permit for approximately 7 acres located on a private street, on the
north side of State Road #2839. Mr. Butterfield desires to develop a
Mobile Home Park. Second Environmental District; Grant Township.
B. James H. Dowdy, 1003 Westwood Avenue, High Point, N.C. , requests
a Special Use Permit for approximately 80 acres located on Uwharrie
Road, State Road #1612. Mr. Dowdy desires to develop a Mobile Home
Park. Zoning Map 1-1; Trinity Township.
