The Randolph County Planning Board met October 18, 1978 at 1:00 P.M.
with the following members being present:
Don Hancock, Chm. ,
Andrew Lueker
Charles Ray Farlow
Elmer Routh
Lorene Walker
Frank Kime
Frank Boling
Westwood Subdivision, City of Archdale was presented for information only.
Elmer Routh made the motion, seconded by Andrew Lueker to approve the
final plans for Southgate Estates, lots 1-22 (streets are paved) This
was toured by Frank Boling. Water system is there. The motion was unanimously ipproved.
Andrew Lueker made the motion, seconded by Elmer Routh to approve
the preliminary plan for Billy R. & Jackie T. Walker, Surveyor, Clotus Craven,
lots 1-32. This motion was unanimously approved.
Charles Ray Farlow made the motion, seconded by Andrew Lueker to approve
the final plan for Woodlind Hills, located in Davidson County and
Randolph County, lots 11-14, to be recorded in Davidson and Randolph Counties.
This motion was unanimously approved.
The meeting was adjourned.
