The Randolph County Planning Board met April 12, 1979. with the
following members present: Don Hancock, Chm. , Elmer Routh,
Donald Johnson, Andrew Lueker and Frank Kime.
Motion was made by Elmer. Routh, seconded by Andrew Lueker
to approve the preliminary plat for Cedar Creek.
This motion was unanimously approved.
Motion was made by Andrew Lueker, seconded by Donald Johnson
to approve the preliminary plat for Section 2 of River Run.
This motion was unanimously approved.
Motion was made by Elmer Routh, seconded by Donald Johnson
to approve the preliminary plats for Sections 1, 2, 3, & 4
of .Jordan Estates subdivision after a variance from the
County Commissioners. This motion was unanimously approved.
Mr. Jim Williams appeared to answer. questions.
Frank Kime made the motion to adjourn.
