05MayPB RANDOLPH COUNTY PLANNING BOAPD MINUTES-May 24 , 1979 The Randolph County Planning Board met May 24 , 1979 at 1 : 00 P . M . with the following members present : Andrew Lueker Elmer Routh Don Hancock Frank Kime Lorene Walker Frank Boling, County Manager Hal Johnson-Planning & Zoning Administrator Robert Wilson-Appraiser , Tax Dept . 1 . Request was made by Jerry S . Gallimore (Jerry ' s Automat-lye Body Shop , SR 1554 , Rt . 6 , Thomasville , N . C . ) to change zoning to Light Industrial for a body shop . This was recommended with stipulations and was approved . 2 . Colonial Country Club on Cucumber. Rd . 67 . 82 - request to change from residential to industrial . Frank Kime moved , seconded by Elmer Routh to deny the request until lie determines what is to be built on this property . The motion carried . 3 . D . M. W. Enterprises , Inc . Woodland Hills (90% in Davidson County) Lots meet Randolph County Subdivision ordinance - paved streets . Request was made to extend . Andrew Lueker made the motion, seconded by Frank Kime to approve the extension. The motion carried . 4 . River Run Subdivision - preliminary passed in April . Section 2 was approved - roads all paved - all lots meet requirements . Frank Kime moved seconded by Elmer Routh to approve .
