approximately 1. 928 acres located off the Uwharrie Road, Trinity
Township; Zoning Map 2-1 .
Hal Johnson verified to the Board of Adjustment that the proper
legal procedures for the Public Hearing had been performed by the
County. No citizens attended the Public Hearing.
Andrew Lueker made the motion , seconded by Jim Newton, that
George Whitesides be granted a dimensional variance from terms of
the Zoning Ordinance for the following reason:
A. The land next to Mr. Whitesides ' property (building addition
will be built 4 feet from property line) was such that no building
could be built close to Mr. Whitesides ' property line.
This motion was approved and the variance granted.
