the minutes of the March 6 meeting. This motion passed.
2. SUBDIVISION: FINAL PLAT
A: Laurelwood Club Estates; Asheboro Township; Section 4; 20 Lots;
Laurelwood Club Estates, Owner.
Ricky Cox, Attorney, representing Laurelwood, advised the
Board that the Section 4, Maps 1 & 2, exceeded all of Randolph
County's subdivision requirements. The roads had been approved
by the state D.O.T. Engineer, and would be paved in 20 days.
Wes Moser, Attorney, representing some adjoining property
owners, expressed his concern that adjoining property was not
allowed to connect to the proposed road extensions.
It was discussed that the City of Asheboro was extending
it's zoning jurisdiction into this area and future expansions
of the subdivision would have to meet Asheboro zoning require-
ments.

as Viewmont Drive would be constructed so as to provide access to
the adjoining Redding property.
After discussion, Guy Troy made the motion, seconded by Doyle
Stout to approve the Final Plat. This motion passed.
