Hartman said that at that meeting the property owner said that he would contact the neighbors and help fix the road. Hartman said that he has not been contact and he felt the Board of Adjustment was more than considerate in approving the 2nd residence . Hartman added that he heard they also had a son that they wanted to put on the property in the future . Hartman went on to say that if his property is allowed to be developed this much all the lots should be allowed this same benefit. Brenda Alfred, adjoining property owner, said that this property owner divided the land and placed the restriction of 1 house per 5 acres on the tracts. There were 6 people in opposition to this request. **Board Discussion: Conclusions Based on Findings of Fact There was a consensus of the Board that this was not a hardship situation and therefore they should not be allowed to divide the property. **Order of the Board of Adjustment Tim Poole made the motion, seconded by Phil Brower, to deny this request for a Variance.
