Sawyer said that he felt Bradshaw should have to submit a site plan so that the concerned citizens could see a more specific plan. There were 10 people present in opposition to this request. Barbara Canoy, adjoining land owner, said that she has 92 acres here and she wanted to know who would see that this operation would be run in the manor as he has presented. Bradshaw said that he would widen the road and upgrade the road at his own expense. Sawyer said that the neighbors don' t want the road widened. Johnson advised the Board that they could require Bradshaw to provide a more detailed site plan of his intentions . Williams said that having come off the road just 1 hours prior to the meeting, the road should be a strong consideration. Dorsett said that he felt Bradshaw should have to foot most of the bill in upgrading the road. Dorsett also said that he felt the Board need more '' complete detailed site plans for the property. For this reason Dorsett made the motion, seconded by Brower, to Table this request until such plans could be received by the Planning Department and all adjoining property owners could be re-notified. Doris Davis, Hillsville Road, said that she was concerned about property values, traffic hazards, and that the remainder of the area is residential (not commercially zoned) . Johnson said that he would recommend that the Planning Board consider this as a Special Use Permit instead of rezoning the property for commercial development.
