4. SPECIAL USE PERMIT REQUEST:

5. RE-ZONING REQUESTS:
A. Jorge Lagueruela, Trinity, North Carolina, is requesting that
approximately 7 acres of land located on Kennec'y Road (SR# 3106) ,
near the intersection of Meadowbrook Road (SR# 1564) , Trinity Town-
ship, Zoning Map 2-2; be re-zoned `-om Residential-Agricultural
to Conditional Use Light Industria'.. It is the desire of the
applicant to locate a furniture plant to manufacture contract and
government furniture.
