CYPRESS CREEK RENEWABLES A., Asheville, North Carolina, is requesting that 30 acres (out of 102.53 acres) located at the southwest corner of Fork Creek Mill Road/ Morning View Road, Richland Township, be rezoned from RA to RIO-CD. Tax ID# 7675745656. Rural Growth Area. The proposed Conditional Zoning District would specifically allow a solar farm as per site plan. Kaitlin Braswell - Property Owner. Technical Review Committee Recommendation: The Technical Review Committee met and found that this proposal was in compliance with the standards outlined in the 2009 Growth Management Plan adopted by the Board of County Commissioners. The Technical Review Committee voted unanimously to recommend to the County Planning Board that approved this request be .
