3.Approval of the minutes from the December 4, 2018, Planning Board meeting.
4.REQUEST FOR PROPERTY REZONING:
A.GREGORY LAMB, Fancy Gap, VA, is requesting that approximately 2.79 acres out of
33.48 acres located just south of 4437 New Hope Church Rd, Union Township, be
rezoned from Residential Agricultural to Conventional Subdivision Overlay Exclusive –
Conditional District. Tax ID# 7656645830. Secondary Growth Area. The proposed
Conditional Zoning District would specifically allow the development of three
additional residential lots for site-built or off-frame modular homes with a minimum
house size of 1,200 heated square feet as per site plan.
B.JAMES PRINCE, Trinity, NC, is requesting that 1.89 acres located at 5279 and 5281
Edgar Rd, New Market Township, be rezoned from Residential Restricted/Residential
Agricultural to Residential Agricultural – Conditional District. Tax ID# 7736172468.
Primary Growth Area. The proposed Conditional Zoning District would specifically
allow a duplex in an existing residential structure and the removal of all mobile homes
as per site plan.
