This quick guide should help anyone receiving this report to quickly understand the report
and update records as needed. ZIP: The ZIP Code for the address listed on the report. (All addresses in a ZIP Code are grouped together.)
DATE: The date that the address was assigned or changed. PIN: The PIN is the parcel identification number that is assigned to a specific parcel in the County.
STRUCT ID: This is an internal code for the addressing files. The first letter is the code that provides the structure type for the address. The codes are below.
C (Complex): individual address for buildings with multiple addresses (ex. strip
mall)
D (Drive): driveway point in addressing files
M (Multi-structure): address given for multi-structures (ex. mobile home park, etc.)
P (Permanent): address given for homes with a permanent foundation
R (Retired): address “retired” because of house destruction, etc.
T (Temporary): address given for temporary homes (homes that can be moved)
X (Duplex): address given for each unit in a duplex, triplex, etc.
Z (Z Structure): address given for various structures (ex. cell towers, barns, etc.) ACTION: This code represents the action on the address. The codes are below.
Change address: address was changed and the reason should be in the comments field
Delete: address was deleted and the reason should be in the comments field
Forced: address usually given by municipality that is not in correct range
Move: address was moved and the reason should be in the comments field
New: address is newly created due to construction
Permitted: address was previously created and updated CURRENT ADDRESS: This is the current address assigned to the parcel.
PREVIOUS ADDRESS: This field contains the old address if the address had to be changed. COMMENTS: This field contains comments as they relate to an address.
