040386special04/03/1986 Mobile Home Park tour through Randolph County Planning & Zoning NO/AC RANDOLPH COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MINUTES April 3, 1986 The Randolph County Board of cormâ–ºissioners met at 8:00 a.m., April 3, 1986, in the parking lot of the Courthouse in Asheboro. From there, they traveled by van throughout the county for A hours looking at mobile home parks and subdivisions. Commissioners Frye, Langley, Davidson, Petty and Comer were present. Also included in the tour were Frank Willis (County Manager), Bill McDaniel,(Chief Building Inspector), George Elliott (.Health Director), Alice Dawson (Clerk to the Board), Jim Hawkins (newspaper reporter) and Don Wrenn (newspaper reporter). Hal Johnson (Planning and Development Director), Jim Martin (Environmental Health Supervisor), and Alvin Cagle (Sanitarian) accompanied the tour in another vehicle.
