The Randolph County Board of Commissioners, having convened and adjourned prior
meetings at 6:30 (jointly with the City of Asheboro) and 7:00 p.m. (jointly with the City of
Randleman), reconvened at 7:20 p.m. in order to hold a closed session.
On motion of Frye, seconded by Davis, the Board voted unanimously to go into closed
session to discuss matters relating to the location or expansion of business in the area, pursuant
to NCGS 143-318.1 ] (a) (4).
At 7:55 p.m. the Board returned to regular session.
There being no further business, the Board adjourned.
