040501April 5, 2001 - Joint Meeting with Liberty Town Council
The Randolph County Board of Commissioners met in a special joint session with the Liberty Town
Council at 6:00 p.m. in the Liberty Town Hall, 239 South Fayetteville Street, Liberty, NC. Commissioners
Kemp, Frye, Holmes, and Davis were present. (Commissioner Mason entered the meeting at 7:15 p.m. during
the closed session.)
On motion of Frye, seconded by Davis, the Board voted unanimously to go into closed session to
discuss matters relating to the location or expansion of business in the area served by this body, pursuant to
North Carolina General Statute 143-318.1 ] (a) (4).
At 8:15 p.m. the Board returned to regular session and adjourned.
