Commissioners Kemp, Frye, Holmes, and Davis were present, as well as County Manager Frank Willis; Cheryl Ivey, Deputy Clerk; Alan Pugh, county Attorney; Aimee Scotton, Staff Attorney; Bonnie Renfro from Randolph County Economic Development Corporation; Mike Walker, Seagrove Mayor; and David Townsend, III, County Public Works Director. The Board told Bonnie to get all the pertinent information together and the Board of Commissioners would call a special meeting in October.
